The Vocational Rehabilitation Public & Private Partnerships (VRP3) Program
VRP3, formerly Pathways, allows RSC to form partnerships and establish cooperative agreements that will generate new, high-quality vocational rehabilitation (VR) programs, expand services to people with significant disabilities and maximize federal match funding for Ohio. Through VRP3, local government entities can partner with RSC to provide VR services in their areas.

Independent Living
To aid Ohioans with severe physical disabilities in their quest for independence, RSC’s Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Program provides financial resources for the activities of daily living. These personal care services may include but are not limited to, dressing, grooming, bathing and toileting, food preparation, feeding, medicating, turning, repositioning, transferring and assisting with ambulation.
Through the PCA program many Ohioans have been able to find and maintain employment and have left institutions for the personal independence of their own homes or apartments.

Business Enterprise
The Ohio Business Enterprise (BE) Program enables Ohioans with disabilities to have careers in food service management. Today, BE has more than 120 food service and vending enterprises in Ohio.

Community Rehabilitation Programs
Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission (RSC) service providers are called Community Rehabilitation Programs or CRP's. RSC partners with these providers so that people with disabilities receive vocational rehabilitation services for employment and independent living.

The Governor's Council on People with Disabilities
The Governor's Council on People with Disabilities exists to advise, educate and advocate for disability-related issues that will ultimately benefit all citizens of Ohio.

Consumer Advisory Council
The statewide Consumer Advisory Council (CAC) advises RSC on vocational rehabilitation programs.  This volunteer body is comprised of people who have successfully found or kept a job with the help of services provided by RSC.  CAC members serve for three year terms providing an important service to both RSC and Ohioans with a disability.
