School to Work Transition

The Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission (RSC) serves as a bridge between the classroom and the job market or college for young people with disabilities ages 14-22.  RSC Vocational counselors work with educators and family members to help craft an individual employment plan for qualifying Ohioans making a transition from school to their life’s work.  This personalized program is developed around the abilities, strengths and goals of each youth.
